Privacy policy.  Our subscriber list is for our use only. We do not sell, rent or share our reader’s email address or any information at any time.

Your satisfaction is our guarantee.

All online products are sent daily delivered by email and are refundable within 30 days of delivery. If you receive any of our online courses or subscriptions and are not fully satisfied for any reason,  just email us a note and we’ll give you a prompt refund. No additional action is required.

For all flower orders: Fedex delivers to you from Ecuador within four days of order.

Flower refund policy. Open the flowers. If you are not satisfied give them back to the Fedex driver and email us for a full refund.  If you are not satisfied they must be returned at the time of delivery. Refunds cannot be made if the roses are delivered and the Fedex delivery person departs. To assure flower refunds you must inspect the flowers with Fedex when they are delivered.

Unless a seminar is filled, it may be canceled at any time prior to the seminar or tour for a full refund. There is no cancellation fee unless otherwise stated.  We announce any seminar that is filled. Upon announcement a 50% refund is granted with a one month  cancellation.  No refund is available for cancellations within two weeks of the seminar date.

Any delegate who attends a seminar or tour may not have a refund.

Guaranteed hotel reservations will be charged one night if not canceled within 24 hours unless due to flight delays.

One month hometel guests at Meson de las Flores will be charged standard per night room rates for early cancellation of monthly stay.

We will send taxis from Cotacachi to Quito airport.  The taxi driver will wait up to four hours for delayed flights.  Individual taxi reservations must be paid in advance and cannot be refunded.   We will make every attempt to provide alternate low or no cost transportation on canceled, diverted or delayed flights but do not guarantee an alternative.

We process credit card orders automatically upon recept of order unless manually requested… then within five days of receipt of your order.

We process credit card refunds within five days of receipt of your request but your credit card company may not always provide you immediate credit. We have no responsibility for delays after our refund by your credit card company.
