William James, often known as the father of psychology, provided a key to wisdom when he described the dilemma many of us face in this rapidly changing world.
James said: The world we see that seems so insane is the result of a belief system that is not working. To perceive the world differently, we must be willing to change our belief system, let the past slip away, expand our sense of now, and dissolve the fear in our minds.
Global change is the sum total of nature’s ebb and flow. Change is not good or bad. Change simply is and bad only comes from our inability or unwillingness to adapt.
One way to adapt is with Super Thinking because the integration of our thoughts and emotions (call it heart and brain or logic and intuition) can makes us wiser.
