How low the U.S. dollar? Part III

One fact about the Euro that has haunted me is that it is so new. We have no history to look back on except the fact that no previous Pan European currency created in the past has survived for long. This does send out a strong buy Euro signal.

Recently a reader set me a wonderful chart which shows that other analyst have this same concern and one bright trader overcame this problem by using the history of the currencies that now compose the Euro to create an artificial Euro history.

This history suggested that the Euro will top at around 1.34. In other words the Euro versus the U.S. dollar is near a top at this time and speculators should now take added caution.
